Lara Bianca Pilcher
Founding Director Lara, is a professional performing artist, speaker and a passionate Christian. Lara is dedicated to the arts and the ministry and expansion of the Gospel through dance, drama, song and spoken word.

Her performance work and ministry have taken her on intensive travels throughout Australia and also internationally to places such as Beijing and Hong Kong China, San Francisco, Dallas Texas and New York in the USA, South Africa and Israel working in a wide spectrum of arts arenas from performance in dance/theater company's to teaching Master classes, speaking, presenting, choreographing, television/radio appearances and performing in events. Lara is also Project Dance Sydney's event coordinator/director www.projectdance.com

Lara holds a Bachelor in Creative Arts (BCA Dance), from Wesley Institute for Ministry & the Arts in Sydney NSW, a Graduate Diploma in Education (Dance and Drama) from Edith Cowan University in Perth WA and a Certificate II in Musical Theater from Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA). Her studies also include film and television, intensive singing training and ministry and biblical studies from two different bible schools.

Lara now lives in Perth WA and in the year 2000 founded and currently directs Southern Cross Dance, where she teaches dance to all ages and abilities with a heart to mentor each dancer to their fullest potential. Lara also choreographs for and manages dance performance teams for both her church, as the dance coordinator and beyond. Lara performs and ministers her own dances, drama's, sermons and songs frequently nationally and internationally .
